We are pleased to announce that we now offer direct billing services for select insurance providers. If you have extended health benefits through your employer, simply bring your insurance details to your next appointment, and our reception team will assist in submitting the claim on your behalf. *Please note that direct billing availability varies by insurer, and while we will make every effort to process your claim, we cannot guarantee approval.

After a neck injury, I experienced ongoing dizzy and floating sensations that were very difficult to cope with. I had seen several other professionals who were unable to effectively assess or treat the issue. From the start, Kim and Shelby were incredibly thorough with their assessments, carefully ruling out various potential causes. They always listened to my input, took my experience seriously, and adjusted treatment plans without hesitation when needed. Their kindness, compassion, empathy, and genuine care made a huge difference throughout my recovery. I highly recommend Kim as a vestibular physiotherapist — she has extensive experience with head and neck–related injuries and an impressive ability to hone in on the root of the problem and treat it effectively.
